Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $148,600 – $198,200 annuallyResponsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions Lead implementation of Agentforce and Data 360 capabilities Utilize AI experience for Salesforce analytics and automation Architect and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms Advocate a 'configuration-before-code' philosophy Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex to meet business needs Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise standards Contribute to technical strategy and best practicesQualifications 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across various clouds Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including LWC, Apex, and Flows Strong integration experience with enterprise apps and APIs Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce tools like Agentforce and Marketing Cloud Practical application of AI technologies for enhancing Salesforce processes Agile experience and cross-functional collaboration skills Bachelor's in Computer Science or ITBenefits Open to remote candidates Promotes continuous learning on emerging Salesforce and AI technologiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
