Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bryn Mawr, PA, for a Life Insurance Specialist. The role involves building meaningful relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored life insurance policies to meet their goals. You will be responsible for conducting detailed consultations, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The position also includes staying updated on insurance products, assisting clients with claims processes, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong background in Insurance Sales and Sales effectiveness, with a proven ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Knowledge of Insurance products and procedures, specifically in life insurance policies and financial services.Exceptional Customer Service skills with effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.Basic understanding of Finance concepts to advise clients effectively and confidently about policy and investment options.Other beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a similar role, professional insurance certifications, or a state-issued insurance license.
