Shift Leader

Restaurant Shift Supervisor is where the fun really starts. It's a launching point into the management positions at MAD Greens. A Shift Supervisor holds the controls to the ship and will serve as the manager on duty when circumstances arise. They're responsible for executing a smooth shift, as a steward of our standards of quality, hospitality and accuracy. They'll help open and close the restaurant and act like the owner of the restaurant, training new team members, maintaining an organized back office, and serving as a point of contact for guests who need special attention.
