Physical Therapist Location: San Angelo, TX Agency: Towne U.S. LLC Pay: $2,166 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the PositionPhysical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (IRF)We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team focused on intensive, goal-oriented recovery. This role provides the opportunity to work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic injury, neurological conditions, orthopedic surgery, and other complex medical diagnoses.The PT will perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and preparing patients for safe discharge home or to the next level of care. This setting requires strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of careDeliver intensive therapy services focused on gait training, balance, transfers, strengthening, and enduranceTreat patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditionsUtilize evidence-based interventions and outcome measuresCollaborate with interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case managementParticipate in care planning meetings and discharge planningSupervise and direct PTAs in accordance with state practice guidelinesComplete accurate and timely documentation in EMRIdeal Candidate:Active PT license in practicing stateInpatient rehab or acute care experience preferredStrong clinical decision-making skillsComfortable working in a team-based, high-intensity therapy environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a PT who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about driving measurable functional gains through intensive rehabilitation.
