Job Description BESTAFF is seeking a Fulfillment Associate.The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping materials in support of client programs. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment.Payrate: $16.00 hourlyShift: 7:00AM-3:30PM M-FKey ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship orders according to client and specificationsVerify order accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipmentLabel, stage, and prepare shipments for domestic and international deliveryMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as requiredFollow established quality control, safety, and compliance proceduresReport discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time goalsSupport special projects, kitting, and assembly tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience a plusAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer skills and comfort using inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 40–50 lbs with or without assistanceComfortable working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment#ZRCompany DescriptionGreat Environment!Company DescriptionGreat Environment!
