Cooking Supervisor

Job Description:This is a great opportunity for a Cooking Supervisor to break into the Healthcare Field. This position with the Dietary Department comes with a work/life balance that includes not being scheduled past 6:30 pm as well as every other weekend OFF. These work schedules are few and far between in the Food Industry.Responsibilities with this position include:• Cooking for patients and hospital staff• Prepping of items for both patients and hospital staff• Supervising the department when Management is not present• Strict recipe adherence to ensure patient safety• Following all food safety guidelines and making sure others are as well• Following all sanitation guidelines and making sure others are as wellREQUIREMENTS:• Minimum age of 18 years' old (required)• Minimum of 3 Years of Commercial Cooking Experience (preferred)• Minimum of 1 Year of Supervisory Experience (preferred)ServSafe Certified (preferred but not necessary)• Exceptional Customer Service SkillsBenefits:• Full Time• Benefits Eligible• Great Work/Life Balance
