Manufacturing Plant EngineerMiddlesex County/MetroWest region of MA100% on-site | $90,000–$110,000 + up to 15% Profit SharingWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Plant Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in advanced engineered materials used across a wide range of industrial applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the plant floor, enjoys solving real-world equipment and process challenges, and wants to play a key role in driving operational improvements.This is not a desk-bound or lab-focused position. You will be directly involved in plant operations, working closely with maintenance, leading projects, and helping improve equipment performance and efficiency across the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support plant-based engineering projects from planning through executionPartner with maintenance teams to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipmentCoordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completionProvide technical input on new equipment design, installation, and qualificationDrive process improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and production outputSupport waste management and facility improvement initiativesAssist with scaling and improving manufacturing processesQualifications3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Facilities, or Maintenance EngineeringStrong hands-on experience working with plant equipment and operationsExperience with project planning and executionEngineering degree requiredAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsPreferred ExperienceExposure to PLCsExperience with process optimization and continuous improvementExperience working with contractors and external vendorsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000–$110,000Profit sharing bonus: typically 10–15%Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)401(k)PTO and 12 holidaysWhy Join This TeamThis is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on role where your work directly impacts plant performance.
