Clinical Health Informatics Coordinator

Valley Professionals Community Health Center is hiring a Clinical Health Informatics Coordinator for our Clinton office. Valley Professionals offers excellent benefits, including: Base salary of $49,750 - $67,180 Health, dental, and vision insurance with Health and Flexible Savings Account options Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Generous paid time off 8 paid holidays 403b Retirement plan with 6% match after 1 year of employment Tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year Job duties: The Informatics Coordinator bridges the gap between clinical practice and health information technology by ensuring providers and staff use the EHR efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on EHR training, workflow development, and clinical quality improvement, helping staff leverage the EHR to enhance patient care, documentation accuracy, and compliance. The Informatics Coordinator is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new clinical hires, providers, and residents, and supports ongoing training to ensure staff stay current with new EHR features and regulatory requirements. The informatics coordinator collaborates with clinical leadership, IT, and the EHR Coordinator to align system capabilities with VPCHC’s care delivery goals, ultimately empowering teams to optimize the EHR for improved patient outcomes and compliance.
