Opportunity Overview: ENT Locums Coverage Location: Irvine, CA Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT) Duration: December 1 March 31 (potential to extend) Schedule: 24/7 coverage (open to provider availability; ideally 5+ shifts per month) Shift: 7a7a, call coverage Scope of Practice: ENT issues and emergent surgery, including: Dyspnea / Stridor, Epistaxis, Control of anterior nasal hemorrhage, simple (limited cautery and/or packing), Control of anterior nasal hemorrhage, complex (extensive cautery and/or packing), Control of posterior nasal hemorrhage, initial (posterior packs and/or cautery), Control of posterior nasal hemorrhage, subsequent (posterior packs and/or cautery) Volumes: Estimated 4 consults per month EMR: EPIC Hospital: Stand-alone cancer center with Evaluation & Treatment Center 6063 beds to start (73-bed capability); 8-bed ICU (20-bed capacity); 8 ETC beds Group/Support: CRNA/MDA on call 24/7; 1 other ENT Benefits: 1099 Contract Competitive rates, negotiated on your behalf A+ Malpractice Coverage Full travel and housing provided Assistance with credentialing provided emergency temp privileges available Call, text, or email for further details.
