Senior Project Architect
ResponsibilitiesLead projects and teams comprised of professionals of all disciplines and skill levelsCoordinate/direct multi discipline team including evaluation of quality and progress of workFacilitate client meetings and client user group workshops and presentationsActively manage client budgets, schedules, and programsMonitor project communications and project delivery progressEstimate fees, determines scope of work, and assist preparing proposals and subcontractsParticipate in determining project staffing needsParticipate in project reviews, internally and externallyParticipate in business development activitiesQualificationsMaster’s degree from an accredited college or university in ArchitectureProfessional expertise as demonstrated through a minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience and progressive advancementProfessional licensureAbility to lead project teams consisting of internal project professionals and outside professional consultantsAbility to prioritize and reprioritize work efforts as circumstances changeProficient computer skills using Microsoft, Deltek and Autodesk productsEffective communications skillsStrong analytical skills and diverse technical understanding of design and constructionCompetent knowledge of building codes and construction methodologiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
