Supply Chain Manager

We are currently assisting our client, a global leader in their industry, with a Supply Chain Manager search located in Madison County, Nebraska. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing manufacturing materials operations and strategy to ensure the achievement of plant goals. This manager will be responsible for the master scheduling, inventory management, and logistics operations.Responsibilities:Manage aspects of material management to include: scheduling, inventory control management, warehousing, and logisticsForecast material needs while maximizing the utilization of current inventoryPlan and implement lean improvements to maximize materials planning and distributionEnsure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirementsDetermine the best course of action to improve distribution efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor Degree required7+ years of industrial materials managementMust have proven experience leading a materials/supply chain department or program with direct reports
