SUMMARY STATEMENT
Centrelake Imaging is seeking a Per diem LVN for our Vascular Interventional Center in our Downey & West Covina Location. Coverage is currently needed for Monday/ Wednesday and Fridays
RESPONSIBILITIES
Admit and discharge patients
Obtain clinical information
Assist with procedure setup
Provide procedure aftercare directives to patients
Other clinical duties
REQUIREMENTS
California LVN License
BLS Certification
IV Certification
DETAILS
LVN should possess efficient and effective nursing skills to provide high quality patient care at a busy outpatient surgery center.
Establishing a trusting and reliable relationship between staff and patient is of high priority. Individual must be capable of multitasking and taking initiative when needed. Majority of coverage will be for West Covina facility but occasional coverage at Downey facility will be required.
Bilingual and flexible schedule a plus
Job Type: Per diem/ PRN
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
