Position: Application Support Engineer100% RemoteThis program provides a comprehensive set of services to support multiple customers in a multitenant enclave. The focus is customers whose primary application is Oracle EBS, supporting their users as well as interface trading partners. The services range from cloud-based infrastructure to development/testing services to operations services, with a focus on multitenancy wherever possiblThe team is responsible for supporting the sustainment of Applications/Services providing the backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.The team is responsible for supporting the sustainment of Applications/Services providing the backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Must have T3/T5 eligibilityAssist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.Must have administration experience with at least two of the following applications: ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk, VMWare/HorizonProficient in installing and configuration application client tools on VDI Images and PoolsMust have strong experience with Oracle Linux or RHEL operating systemsHands-on experience with STIG compliance using preferably Evaluate-STIG, Mitre SAF Heimdall, or equivalentSkilled in diagnosing and resolving application Applications connectivity and integrations issuesExperience configuring load balancing for ApplicationsKnowledge of SAML/SSO authentication and application level configuration for identity integrationsProvides Level 2 and Level 3 support for application and integration issuesCreates a management plan, validates sizing, and forecasted sizingManages and safeguards licenses, keys, and other sensitive secrets within an approved vaulting solutionExperience producing and maintaining CDRL documentationPreferred experience with Microsoft Windows Server AdministrationCertifications:Current Comptia Security + - Must HaveAny of the following certifications for 8570 Baseline: CISSP, CCNA, CAP, CASP+ CE, CCISO, CND, CSSLP, CYSA+, GSLC, SSCPClearance Requirement:Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is activeMarathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
