Role Description This is a full-time on-site Supervisor role located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations and ensure the smooth delivery of an outstanding customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, maintaining high visual and operational standards, driving sales performance, handling inventory management, and supporting store leadership. The Supervisor will also assist in staff training, scheduling, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.Experience in customer service and sales operations, emphasizing sales performance and customer satisfaction.Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment is preferred.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
