Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant - Redmond ORWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledgerAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesSupport monthly, quarterly, and year-end close proceduresPrepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist in the preparation of financial statements and reportsReconcile bank statements and balance sheet accountsSupport internal and external audits by gathering documentationAssist with budget tracking and variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0–2 years of accounting or finance experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsSolid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and teamwork skillsCPA track or relevant internship experience a plus
