We leverage advanced technologies including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision systems, and integrated third-party equipment to deliver high-performance solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.We pride ourselves on a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core of what we do.Position OverviewIn this role, you will support the design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and custom machinery, working alongside experienced engineers from concept through production and build.You’ll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of projects while contributing to designs, documentation, and hands-on build support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design of custom automated assembly equipment and mechanical systemsCreate and modify 3D models, assemblies, and detail drawings using SolidWorksDevelop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documentationEnsure accuracy of drawings and documentation for manufacturing releaseSupport machine builds, assembly, and debugging efforts on the production floorWork with manufacturing to improve designs for usability and efficiencyCollaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams on project work Support updates through engineering changes and revisionsLearn and apply best practices in machine design, drafting, and manufacturing processesWhat We’re Looking For2–3 years of mechanical design or related engineering experienceProficiency in SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software)Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards (GD&T preferred)Exposure to machine design, automation, or manufacturing environments is a plusFamiliarity with mechanical components such as motors, sensors, pneumatics, etc. is helpful, but not requiredKey Traits for SuccessStrong team player who collaborates well and communicates effectivelyWillingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within the roleA proactive, hands-on mindset with a “no task too small” attitudeAbility to manage tasks and follow through in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong alignment with a team-first cultureEducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME) or related field preferred Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the design of automated assembly equipment (or closely related machinery)Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.Must be able to access and inspect all areas of machinery.Why Join Us?Great opportunity to grow your engineering career with hands-on experienceWork on custom, real-world projects from concept through buildSupportive, collaborative team environmentClear path for development and increased responsibilityBenefitsPaid holidaysPaid time offMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchBonus opportunities
