What This Role IsThis is a full-time, work-from-home phone role helping households choose coverage that protects their family and their income. You speak with people who requested information, review what each plan covers, and help them enroll. The pace is steady and the leads are warm.It suits someone friendly and organized who likes helping families reach a decision. If long stretches on the phone drain you, this is not the role.
