About the Role As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners who have already raised their hand asking for help. These are warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling, no door knocking, no chasing dead prospects. Your job is simple: Diagnose the home. Educate the homeowner. Present the solution. Close the deal. You’ll be equipped with proven sales processes, training, and support so you can focus on closing high-quality jobs and maximizing your earnings.
