This role is a liaison between property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department staff and will assist in simplifying the collaboration and connections with others in the company. The role also ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property-specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. The VP of Property Management will give assignments for this role.
