Job Description Texas Tranquility Estates (TTE) is currently hiring Child Care Workers to join our growing team in Spring/ Tomball, Texas. TTE is a General Residential Operation (GRO) facility that provides care for girls ages 8 to 17 in a structured, family-oriented environment.We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping young girls grow, heal, and succeed. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.Available Shifts:Sunday–SaturdaySome Weekends requiredOvernight/Awake Staff7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (weekends only)3:00 PM – 11:00 PM11:00 PM – 7:00 AMJob Responsibilities:Supervise and support residents throughout their daily scheduleAssist with transportation to school, appointments, and activitiesProvide daily care, guidance, and encouragementMonitor behavior and respond appropriately using approved proceduresComplete overnight room checks every 15 minutes when assigned to overnight shiftsCollaborate with team members to meet the needs of residentsHelp maintain a safe, structured, and positive living environmentQualifications:Experience working with children or teens preferredChild care, residential care, or youth services experience is a plusMust be patient, flexible, dependable, and team-orientedStrong communication and time management skills requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredMust have a sincere passion for helping young girlsWhy Join TTE?At Texas Tranquility Estates, you will become part of a mission-driven team that is making a real difference in the lives of young girls every day.
