These are the qualifications that matter. 5-10 years of sanitation experience in food or beverage manufacturing 2-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Working knowledge of SQF, GMP, and HACCP programs Experience with sanitation verification and environmental monitoring programs Ability to lead teams, manage audits, and implement improvements Bachelor's degree preferred (Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or related) Certifications such as HACCP, SQF Practitioner, AIB, GMP, or OSHA preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold production environments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive manufacturing setting Why This Job?
