Used Car Sales Manager

Rairdon's Volkswagen of Everett, is looking for a Full-Time Automotive Used Car Sales Manager! We are seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for automotive sales!Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $84,000.00 and $180,000.00; including 5.0% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit per terms of pay plan; 1% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit for meeting or exceeding the Used unit sales monthly objective per terms of pay plan.Benefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceVoluntary Short Term Disability InsuranceVoluntary Accident InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceHospital Indemnity Insurance401k plan with match, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirementsPaid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Step into your future today!ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing automotive sales teamCoach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance. Provide ongoing training and supportSet sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotasAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchaseEnsure that customers receive exceptional service. Address customer issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely mannerLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the salesOversee the management of vehicle inventory, including ordering, pricing, and display. Ensure that inventory levels align with sales goals and market demandStay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to keep the team informed and engagedQualificationsProven experience as Used Car Sales Manager in the auto industryStrong record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze sales metrics and use data and our processes to drive decision-makingProficient in CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
