Licensed Benefit Agent

We are seeking a licensed health insurance agent with Medicare endorsements. This individual will help individuals, families and clients understand, enroll in and manage insurance benefits. Responsibilities Educate clients on medical, health, life and voluntary benefit options including coverage and costs. Conduct renewals and proposals, assist presenting to clients, conduct open enrollment with employees. Assist clients and employees with plan selection, enrollment and renewals. Complete administrative tasks required for enrollment and changes. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide ongoing support for policy changes, questions, and claims guidance. Stay up to date on product offerings, industry changes, and compliance requirements. Requirements Health Insurance License with Medicare Endorsement. Experience in insurance and employee benefits. Other health and life insurance licenses a plus.
