As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. Our SLPs work closely with patients who have experienced a stroke, as well as those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients with various communication and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careProvide education and support to patients, families, and caregiversMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatmentQualifications:Graduate of a Master's level program in Speech Language PathologyCurrent Speech-Language Pathology License/Licensure in the state of practiceCurrent CPR certificationOur Company:At Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing comprehensive post-acute care and rehabilitative services that improve and enhance the quality of life for our patients.
