M&R Systems Implementation ManagerThe M&R Systems Implementation Manager leads the implementation and deployment of a Maintenance & Repair (M&R) software platform to support equipment maintenance operations across multiple domestic and international locations. This role serves as the primary owner of the system rollout, ensuring the platform accurately tracks mechanic labor, work orders, parts inventory, maintenance costs, and asset lifecycle data. The position combines hands-on maintenance operations knowledge with strong project management skills to align system capabilities with real-world maintenance workflows. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, support system adoption, and ensure consistent maintenance reporting and processes across a global operational footprint.Key Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of an M&R or CMMS platform, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the system, ensuring alignment with maintenance operations, cost tracking, and asset management processes.Standardize maintenance workflows, work orders, and reporting structures across multiple operational locations.Coordinate system integrations, data migration, and validation activities to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting.Support training, rollout, and ongoing system optimization across domestic and international maintenance teams.J-18808-Ljbffr
