About Cardin McCoy:Cardin McCoy is hiring a Marketing Associate to support our direct-to-consumer growth. We sell kids’ graphic tees and shorts online with new weekly drops. This role is execution-focused—ads, email/SMS, site updates, and affiliate coordination.What You’ll Do:Paid Ads SupportBuild and launch campaigns in Meta Ads ManagerUpload creatives, write basic copy, and QA campaigns before launchEmail & SMSCreate and schedule campaigns in KlaviyoLoad products, images, links, and segments based on the weekly planSite / Product ExecutionUpload and manage products in ShopifyUpdate pricing, bundles, and promotionsQA product pages before launchesAffiliate / Creator SupportHelp onboard creators and affiliatesGenerate discount codes and track linksCoordinate product seeding and communicationTrack basic performance (orders, revenue by affiliate)Weekly Launch SupportPrepare assets for weekly dropsEnsure ads, emails, affiliate pushes, and site updates go live on timeBasic ReportingPull daily/weekly numbers and keep trackers updatedWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years in eCommerce, marketing, or creator/affiliate workFamiliar with Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, or affiliate platformsOrganized, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable working in a fast weekly cadenceStrong communication skills for working with creatorsWhat We Offer:Health, dental, and vision benefitsAccess to company 401(k) planPTO and paid holidays
