About the Role:Rapid Visual Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shrink Wrap/Packing Operator to join our team in Ringoes, NJ! If you take pride in quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment in a production settingInspect finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and proper labelingPack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standardsMonitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesMeet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficientlyFollow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Requirements:Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferredFamiliarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularlyReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issuesMust be able to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbout Us:Rapid Visual Solutions LLC, based in Ringoes, NJ, is a dedicated provider of visual and packaging solutions committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients.
