Shrink wrap/packing operator

About the Role: Rapid Visual Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shrink Wrap/Packing Operator to join our team in Ringoes, NJ! Responsibilities: Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment in a production setting Inspect finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and proper labeling Pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Meet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficiently Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Requirements: Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred Familiarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment About Us: Rapid Visual Solutions LLC, based in Ringoes, NJ, is a dedicated provider of visual and packaging solutions committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients.
