This role is based onsite at our Salt Lake City facility and will play a critical support function across marketing operations, logistics, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable taking initiative while working with minimal oversight.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to the marketing teamAssist with marketing logistics, including trade show and event planning, preparation, and on-site supportManage and organize marketing assets, collateral, and documentationSupport scheduling, coordination, and communication across the marketing teamAssist with internal and external marketing requests across departmentsTrack inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials and equipmentSupport process improvement initiatives to streamline marketing operationsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing ManagerRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)13 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative support roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative team environmentAdditional Desired QualificationsProactive, communicative, and dependableAble to take direction and execute with minimal oversightCreative problem solver with a positive, can-do attitudeAdaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth organizationStrong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindsetPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsMust be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks, in accordance with safety protocols and company policy.May be required to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch during inspections, maintenance walk-throughs, or emergency response situations.Regular exposure to facility operations including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment.Occasional off-hours or weekend work required for emergency facility responses or projects as neededRequires frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment for documentation, communication, and coordination tasks.Background CheckThis position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
