We foster an inclusive culture where people take ownership, solve meaningful problems, and continuously learn, because we believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.Job PurposeAs a Staff Program Manager, NPI, at VulcanForms Inc., your main objective is to manage one or more customers’ portfolio of programs from program award through launch and sustaining. You will partner with VulcanForms internal teams to execute each program and act as the primary working level interface to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage large-scale, complex new product introduction (NPI) programs and/or multiple NPI projects involving internal and external stakeholdersPartner with the assigned NPI Lead to support program execution and NPI efforts, ensuring deliverables align with internal and external customer requirementsIdentify and assess areas of risk, escalate issues in a timely manner, and drive solution developmentProvide regular project updates (written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholdersDefine and communicate the program critical path to support cross-functional alignment and focusSupport development and tracking of program budgets, including resource planningCollaborate with other project managers contributing to the same programCreate and maintain program scope, schedule, budget, and risk tracking tools; support meeting cadence to maintain team alignment and address issuesPlan and facilitate customer meetings, visits, and workshops as neededSupport resolution of program risks and issuesQualifications7+ years of experience managing complex new product development/introduction projects or programsStrong familiarity with manufacturing process qualification procedures such as PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysisExperience working with cross-functional teams including process development, manufacturing, quality, and operationsProven experience managing external/customer relationshipsSelf-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to manage competing prioritiesProficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ProjectStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to a range of audiencesInterest in the metal additive manufacturing industry and working in a fast-paced environment; startup experience is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally to customers and suppliers, including internationallyVulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,909 to $180,000.
