Welder Fitter

Welder Fitter Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking skilled Welder Fitters to join their team at their Anniston, Alexandria, and Gadsden locations. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Alexandria, AL Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some required Saturday overtime What's the Job? Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures What's Needed? Must have 3+ years of welder-fitter experience Must pass a weld test Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for me?
