Due to our latest acquisition of Mandarin International Brands, Trevco has become the only global e-commerce print-on-demand (POD) technology solution provider for licensed consumer products and direct-to-consumer-branded eCommerce shops. We are looking for a Shipping Lead to join our growing team! This is a full-time permanent position with paid training! Duties include: Ensure department executes delegated tasks by priority Ensure order priorities are met regarding timing and accuracy Ensure support for end of day process is handled to support our carriers Ensure all orders within department shipped to meet/exceed required service levels Coordinate execution of sample orders Perform start/end of shift duties including daily preventative maintenance Lead quality control within the department Motivate team members Discover training needs and suggest coaching/training to Plant Manager Listen to team members’ feedback and work with Plant Manager to resolve Recognize high performance and acknowledge Suggest and organize team-building activities Overtime is available especially during peak production periods Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, twisting, and reaching are required Requirements: Proven work experience in printing and/or manufacturing Good PC skills, especially with the software used in processing Solid communication and leadership skills Organized and time-management skills Shipping experience REQUIRED Amazon seller central experience is a plus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K offered Paid PTO and Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
