Associate Systems Administrator

WIN Waste Innovations is searching for technically skilled candidates with strong problem-solving abilities for the Associate Systems Administrator position. The responsibilities of an Associate Systems Administrator include serving as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries at the user level, responding promptly to user needs, and ensuring the optimal operation of all systems, among other technical duties.
Associate Systems Administrators are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as they will engage with colleagues from diverse departments and executive levels. They must attentively listen to colleagues' technical requirements, comprehend their issues, and provide effective solutions or escalations.
Responsibilities
Level 1 thru 2 support troubleshooting hardware (computers, laptops, printers, meeting room equipment, office and mobile phones as well as computer end-user software)
Coordinate and build new computers, laptops, phones and desk setups for new and existing employees.
Build and support technologies such as kiosks, digital displays, meeting room equipment, tablets, and cell phones.
Prepare and maintain documentation for Information Technology Group and end users.
Report on asset inventory and software compliance.
Assist in the evaluation, testing, and selection of solutions supporting operations & the enterprise.
Assist in project-oriented tasks driven by leadership and or different operational groups.
Ensure security procedures and standards are implemented and enforced following policy or set templates.
Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Managing technical & user documentation.
Working along with other members of the IT team to support strategic project work.
Maintaining inventory of peripheral devices of systems
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
Having comprehensive knowledge of one of the latest versions of operating systems.
Ability to travel to company facilities on request
Skills, Qualifications, & Experience
Prefer certificate in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer service skills.
