Team members work in a mission-driven environment where safety, customer trust, and innovation are core priorities.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Advisor role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with a mix of onsite and work-from-home days. The Sales Advisor will engage prospective and existing customers, identify security and monitoring needs, and recommend tailored ADT solutions. Daily work includes handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, conducting needs assessments, and presenting product options in a clear, customer-focused manner. The role involves preparing quotes, assisting with contract completion, and coordinating with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Sales Advisor will also document interactions in CRM systems, meet or exceed sales targets, participate in ongoing product and sales training, and uphold ADT’s standards for ethical, consultative selling.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and manage customer expectations.Effective communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal explanations and professional written follow-up.Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying needs, handling objections, and closing in a consultative manner.Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring peers or customers on product features, services, or best practices is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized in handling multiple leads and tasks.Comfort using CRM systems, phone/VOIP tools, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentations).Prior experience in security, telecommunications, or related service industries is an advantage but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in sales or customer relations are a plus.
