The Event Chef will be responsible for creating customized menus, preparing and cooking meals for events, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Additional tasks include coordinating with clients and event planners, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and kitchen equipment, and adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. The Event Chef will also oversee meal service from setup to cleanup, providing exceptional culinary experiences for all event attendees.QualificationsCulinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniquesExperience in event catering and working with large groupsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to manage kitchen staff and coordinate with clients and event plannersStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentCulinary degree or relevant certification is a plusPrevious experience as a chef in catering or hospitality industry is preferred
