REMOTE SEARCH PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Location: Telecommute Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $40 - 48 per hour We are seeking a results-driven Search Performance Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will analyze, optimize, and scale search campaigns for our first-party supplier partners, helping them achieve key marketing objectives while driving revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Operations, and API/Ad Tech partners, you will develop and execute data-driven performance strategies, manage budget allocation and bid optimization, enhance account structures and keyword strategies, and deliver actionable insights through performance reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of search marketing to maximize campaign performance and contribute to ongoing product and process improvements. Responsibilities: Strategy & Implementation: Formulate and apply high-impact search strategies, keyword lists, and structural account best practices. Campaign & Budget Management: Oversee search spend, adjust bidding tactics, and perform routine account optimizations to yield optimal ROI. Reporting & Insights: Track key search metrics, present data-driven optimization strategies, and compile routine performance reports for Connect (WMC) Search Supplier accounts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and API/Ad Tech partners to ensure alignment on partner objectives and technical setup. Product Ownership: Serve as a revenue-centric subject matter expert focused on expanding and refining our search advertising product. Qualifications: Strong track record handling intricate data sets, statistical modeling, data manipulation, and analytical reporting. Extensive experience directing paid search initiatives, automated/manual bid strategies, and keyword expansion. Proven ability to construct performance dashboards using business intelligence and data visualization platforms. Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with Power BI and Tableau, and hands-on familiarity with Paid Search platforms and retail media tools (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or equivalent engines).
