ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesign and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailoredto infants? needs, including activities that promote physical,cognitive, and social-emotional development Lead classroom managementefforts to create a positive, structured environment that encouragescuriosity and exploration Collaborate with families to communicateprogress, address individual needs, and support early interventionstrategies when necessary Supervise and mentor assistant teachers andstaff to ensure high-quality care and educational standards Incorporatecurriculum development techniques that include literacy education, earlychildhood education principles, and Montessori methods where applicableManage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, andsensory activities with compassion and professionalism Maintain accuratedocumentation of developmental milestones, assessments, and dailyActivities In Compliance With Licensing Standards REQUIREMENTS Provenexperience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting withclassroom management skills Strong knowledge of childhood developmenttheories, behavior management strategies, and early interventionpractices Expertise in curriculum development including literacyeducation, math basics for young children, and Montessori methodsExcellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, andteam members effectively Familiarity with standardized testingprocedures related to early childhood education and child welfareregulations Ability to lead lesson planning sessions focused on physicaleducation, toddler care, and preschool activities Certification in earlychildhood education (Infant/Toddler Certification) WHAT\'S IN IT FORYOU?
