Location: Fully Remote (with occasional hybrid/in-office as needed). Your responsibilities will include:Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreementsManaging deadlines, calendars, and case files with precision and attention to detailCoordinating and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expertsAssisting attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and mediationsEnsuring compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and firm processesProviding compassionate, responsive support to clients facing sensitive and often emotional situationsWhat We’re Looking ForThis role requires more than just technical skills — we’re looking for someone who will be a long-term fit with our team:Family Law Experience: Minimum of 3 years working exclusively in family lawWork History: Demonstrated stability and reliability (no job hopping or history of termination)Ethics & Professionalism: Strong work ethic, discretion, and commitment to client confidentialityOrganization & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectivelyIndependence & Initiative: Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment while staying accountableCultural Fit: A genuine alignment with our firm’s values and team-driven approachOur Core ValuesWe don’t just list our values; we live them.
