Controller Key ResponsibilitiesLead all finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, tax filings, and internal reports in accordance with GAAP standardsOversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management operations to ensure proper handling, collection, and disbursement of company fundsDrive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and monitor monthly performance and KPIs to optimize financial resultsPartner closely with the Executive/Leadership Team to support operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational growthDesign and implement systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and information flowMaintain compliance with credit agreements, including reporting requirements, borrowing base activity, and related notificationsEnsure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and legal compliance requirements across all financial operationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Improvement in gross and net income marginsAchievement of budget and financial targetsAccuracy and reliability of financial forecastsTimely and successful completion of external auditsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)3+ years of accounting/finance experience at management levelCPA or equivalent certification (preferred)Experience in healthcare finance and operations (preferred)Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryPaid time off (PTO)Paid trainingMedical and dental coverage
