Accounting & Operations Assistant

Position Scope: The Accounting & Operations Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of accounting, administrative, and operational support for the CAA staff. The role includes support in the following areas accounting support, office administration, event planning, and member services, ensuring efficient operations across multiple departments.Qualifications:1-2 years experience with QuickBooks.Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions and other related applications.Proficiency and accuracy in data entry.Excellent personal and professional presentation and demeanor.Minimum of two years of experience in office administrative duties.Strong interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Positive, hard-working attitude with a can-do approach.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Ability to collaborate with staff across multiple departments.
