Job Duties Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries. Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury. Diagnose and treat neurological disorders in patients of all ages, with a focus on adults who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations. Ordering and interpretation of MRI’s in addition to other diagnostic studies. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effects. Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements MD/DO from an accredited educational institution. Board certified in Neurology. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania. Favorable malpractice history. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. DEA license. Additional Skills/Competencies Experience treating TBI and post‑concussive disorder. Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co‑workers. Tact and skill in patient management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and supervise staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Medicine – Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health‑care measures. Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Physical/Mental Requirements Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
