Job Function: Package steel materials per Shop Order instructions Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and skids Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to load/unload coils Assist with slitter setup: knife selection, tooling layout, and computer-assisted configuration Ensure proper coil placement and shipping documentation Use measuring tools to inspect materials for quality Support production and shipping teams with additional tasks as needed Required Skills: 3+ years in production 2+ years working with sheet metal Machine operations experience. Experience operating slitter machines or metal cutting equipment is highly desirable.
