Part Time Network Support Administrator

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support for Windows 11 workstations and Microsoft 365 across a 40-user environment Administer and maintain network infrastructure including Sophos firewall, HPE/Aruba switching, and Unifi wireless environments Manage Windows Server 2019 and HyperV virtualization platform, including routine maintenance and health monitoring Administer and audit Veeam-based backup and recovery processes; ensure backup integrity and document results Establish and execute baseline workstation setup for new employees including software installation, Active Directory account creation, M365 provisioning, and remote access configuration Install, configure, and verify functionality of A&E-specific software including the Autodesk Suite, Bluebeam, MathCAD, RISA and SKM PowerTools; coordinate with subject matter experts for application-level support beyond installation and upgrades Maintain accurate and current inventory of hardware, software, and licensing Administer endpoint security using Microsoft Defender EDR; enforce network security policies and support employee security awareness Support data organization responsibilities including file server structure, SharePoint governance, and project folder conventions Maintain basic awareness of the company WordPress website and assist staff with social media posting as needed Follow and help maintain organization-wide IT policies, procedures, and documentation Job Type: Part-time Pay: $33.50 - $46.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching
