Key Responsibilities Draft complex legal briefs, motions, and memoranda Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings effectively Coordinate with firm attorneys as needed to align with strategic goals Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar Strong litigation writing experience, including complex briefs Ability to deliver polished, persuasive written work with limited supervision Excellent research and analytical skills
