Key Responsibilities
Development Business Intelligence
Build and deploy comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions encompassing data pipelines, analytics models, reporting systems, and self-service analytics platforms.
Develop and maintain integrated data governance systems including data quality validation scripts, master data-management workflows, automated data lineage tracking, and privacy/security controls aligned with financial services requirements.
Create standardized KPI calculation engines and interactive performance dashboards delivering real-time operational, financial, and strategic metrics across all portfolio properties and business functions.
Develop advanced analytics solutions including predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-powered applications for operational optimization and strategic insights.
Data Engineering & Analytics
Build enterprise data infrastructure and analytics systems aligned with client strategic objectives and regulatory requirements while optimizing data asset utilization.
Develop comprehensive data catalog systems and self-service analytics tools enabling business users to access, analyze, and visualize data independently while enforcing governance and security controls.
Create training materials , build embedded analytics solutions, and develop automated reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization.
Cross-Functional Analytics & Support
Operational Analytics
Develop comprehensive operational analytics framework covering facilities management, maintenance optimization, energy management, space utilization, and tenant satisfaction analytics.
Implement real-time operational dashboards providing facility managers, property teams, and leadership with actionable insights into operational performance and exception conditions.
Performance and KPI Management
Build integrated financial analytics platform combining property-level financial data, budget information, market benchmarks, and performance metrics for comprehensive financial analysis.
Develop financial forecasting and modeling capabilities supporting budget planning, investment decisions, and strategic financial management across the portfolio.
Manage Quarterly KPI Deliverables owning full end-to-end process which involves working with various service lines as well as directly with the client to consolidate and report critical KPI data.
Create cost management and efficiency analytics identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or technology leadership roles.
3+ years experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or related asset management industries with direct experience within the IFM/Corrigo platform.
Technical Skills
BI Platforms : Power BI (preferred), Tableau, with platform implementation experience.
Database & Analytics : SQL proficiency, cloud data environments (Databricks, Snowflake).
Data Integration : ETL tools, API management, data warehousing concepts.
Cloud Platforms : Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud experience with data services.
Programming : Python/R for statistical modeling and analytics (preferred).
Project Management : Agile methodologies, large-scale technology implementations. Experience with JIRA preferred.
Compensation
Pay: $107,100.00 – 131,100.00 USD annually.
