What You'll DoRespond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies Extract water and set up drying equipment Perform demolition and cleanup Monitor job sites and document progress Communicate with homeowners and business owners during stressful situations Maintain company vehicles and equipment Every day is different. You'll Be a Great Fit If You:Have construction, restoration, or handyman experience (preferred, not required) Have a valid driver's license Can lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces Are willing to take occasional on-call shifts Show up on time and work hard Want to learn a skilled trade No restoration experience?
