This role involves assisting with repairs, preventative maintenance, and providing exceptional service to our residents.Key Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairsPerform HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (AC certification required)Complete work orders efficiently and professionallyHelp prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make‐ready)Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areasParticipate in on‐call rotations as neededProvide excellent customer service to residents and staffEnsure compliance with safety protocols and property standardsQualifications AC Certification (EPA Type I/II or Universal required)Experience in the multifamily or residential maintenance industry requiredBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as neededWhy Work With Us?
