Head of Scheduling

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Head of Scheduling to lead and oversee all project planning and scheduling activities for a leading electrical contractor delivering complex data center and mission-critical projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery through effective programme management, coordination, and performance tracking across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development, management, and oversight of project schedules across multiple high-value projectsImplement and maintain scheduling standards, processes, and best practicesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and reportingMonitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategiesProvide strategic scheduling insight to support project delivery and business objectivesMentor and manage scheduling teams across various locationsRequirements:Proven experience in a senior scheduling or planning role within electrical contracting or constructionStrong background delivering data center or mission-critical projectsAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different locationsWillingness to travel regularly between project sites
