Digital Producer

Role:As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of any number of interactive media initiatives which will include complex website development, as well as supervision of website redesigns and maintenance sprints.Responsibilities:Is responsible for ensuring that the creative and development teams employ the most innovative production methods and that projects are completed on time and on budgetShould be technically savvy, with robust website development experienceHas a basic understanding of common interactive tools such as HTML, CSS, and database design and developmentHas knowledge in Jira, or similar project management software i.e., Asana and is experienced with setting up projects, running sprints, and managing development, analytics, and quality assurance resourcesProducer should be able to not only handle all day-to-day administrative requirements, but add creative value (this part is important), especially when it comes to platform campaigns, ensuring client requirements, style guides, and processes are followedNegotiate and lead discovery, scoping, and requirements definition for projectsOversee and lead simultaneous, advanced interdisciplinary project teams through multi-tiered development and multimedia integrationsBuild relationships with external partners and vendorsDevelop and communicate presentations that speak to large audiences and clientsLead and document internal, client, and multi-partner meetings Requirements:2+ years of experience as a new media or interactive/digital producerExtremely organizedPrior experience in an agency environmentPrior experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Figma, and Drupal preferredCompensation:Deutsch LA offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more.
