You'll implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom. This role works closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care for students with learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs.\n \nWhy Join Us:\n\nFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)\nPaid sick leave, holidays, and vacation\nCEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance\nSupportive, collaborative team environment\nMeaningful work helping students thrive\n\n \nWhat You'll Do:\n\nImplement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)\nProvide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs\nApply ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals\nRespond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI intervention techniques\nMonitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation\nRecord daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives\nCommunicate with teachers and supervisors regarding student progress and concerns\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nPassion for working with students with special needs\nPatient, empathetic, and calm under pressure\nReliable, consistent, and professional in a school setting\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to follow behavior plans and structured routines\nComfortable providing one-on-one support and redirection\nAdaptable and able to respond to changing student needs\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism\nPhysically able to support student needs (as required)\n\n \nMust Have:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nExperience working with students in school or treatment settings\nDOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable per state\nStrong communication skills and reliability\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nReport to different locations 30+ miles one-way within the assigned region.\nValid Drivers license \n\n \nPreferred:\n\nPro-ACT, CPI, or CPR certification\nExperience with students needing behavioral, social, or emotional support\nBachelor's degree in related field (required for BA III level)\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nEnvironment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.\nActivity: Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items.\nSensory: Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.\n\nAbout Point Quest Group: Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
