While most of the work is standard warehouse picking, candidates must be comfortable using a cherry picker as needed to support elevated picks and replenishment.ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and stage customer ordersReceive and verify incoming shipmentsPerform cycle counts and inventory checksReplenish bulk stock and picking locationsResolve picking discrepancies (over-picks, incorrect lot numbers, expiration issues)Operate warehouse equipment including cherry picker, hand trucks, and sealer machinesWork in a sterile environment when operating sealing equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environmentSupport general warehouse and distribution tasks as neededMust Haves2+ years of recent warehouse picking experienceHands-on experience operating a cherry picker (order picker)High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift 50-75 lbs and remain on feet for full shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer and inventory system skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in a distribution or fulfillment centerBackground in inventory control or cycle countingFamiliarity with warehouse safety and compliance standardsZR
